That's right! We schedule her for 3-5pm and we didn't showed up due to an error in our CRM system (third party). It was in Martin Luther King day and office stuff were off early to realize. This review was written at 6pm same day and the owner reached out to the customer at 7pm, apologize and promise to make it right the next time. We apologize again for the inconvenience and we hope to learn from this in the future.

I scheduled a appointment with this company three days prior and the man on the phone told me that they would be out on todays date 1/17/22. I havent heard from him and he promised he would call me 30 minutes before coming. This company isnt reliable and I dont recommend anyone using them at all!!

I had wood tile I wanted cleaned. The good is that when they do arrive (late) they are professional. The bad is they don't clean your floor. When they show up (late by hours each time) the first thing they do is add $80 to your quote for moving furniture, which original quote included. Then they point out that they are only able to provide effort, not results. In other words, they are there trying to have you agree that if they pass the steamer over the floor, even if it does not get clean, that is the best they can do. Then 2 hours later you are charged $600. And the floor is still a horrendous mess. When I told the owner that he overcharged (charged twice for furniture) and the floor was still filthy when done, he did nothing to try to adjust the charge or the cleaning. Save yourself money and headache by renting a machine yourself at Home Depot. Total joke. Update: not only did this joke of a company overcharge by 80 on the invoice but the actual charge they made on card they added 30 dollars with no explanation. Since the owner of this company claims this is not his work, I will be disputing and reversing the entire charge.

In a last minute fiasco (another company that we scheduled a week prior to come clean the sofa-well they decided not to show up). I called and spoke with Tal. It was about 5:30pm and we really needed it done that night. Tal was amazing! One of his guys drove up to West Palm Beach from Hollywood and cleaned our sofa. Manny showed up, he was very professional and super nice. He did a wonderful job! I HIGHLY recommend this company!
