My Dr suggested a steroid injection to give temporary relief to pain in my knee from artheritis. A google search led me to this clinic. The receptionist confirmed this was something they did and an appointment was made. Immediately in arrival a payment was demanded before the physio even spoke to me. The reason given was because they followed a one way system due to covid and when leaving I would not pass the reception again. This was not true. I did go through reception again The physio and myself were the only 2 people present both on entry and exit. The physio examined me and concluded a steroid injection would help. He said he write and post a letter to my doctor requesting a prescription. Due to the urgency of the matter I asked if this could be emailed but my request was refused. I was to return with the prescription and and make a second appointment. After waiting for over a week, I heard nothing from the doctor so I called the surgery to be told they do not allow a physio to do the injection and would not prescribe the injection At no time did the physio tell me this. I didn't make a second appointment I thought the physio would have made a follow up call to see why I hadn't returned with the injection I suppose the fact that they wanted to get my money so quickly explains why I never got that call. If you need a steroid injection dont bother going here. I made the initial appointment based on what this clinic said which was untrue. A stressful unprofessional experience. Hope you enjoy the money.
