Mr. Roshaun Reaves, you forgot to mention you came in here screaming and threatening us in front of kids and women and had zero respect for the staff and customers present. You were asked to leave which you complied, as far as I am concerned we cant help. Someone that comes in here uses that kind of language in front of women and children. In addition we would like to ask you to never bring your business here ever again. We cant tolerate disrespect, threats, etc. we have your car here for service and you just felt the entitlement that all the people in front of you didnt matter and you were the most important person.
