Bought my dress here. I wear a size 0 and they insisted on me getting a size 8. Hundreds of dollars in alterations to make it fit, very disappointed. I love my dress but they really screwed me with the sizing.

Jaehee Bridal was the third bridal shop I had been to, and prior to my appointment I just knew this would be the place where I would say yes to the dress. Noveanna was absolutely AMAZING!! I highly recommend her! She was very attentive, personable, and helped provide a very fun environment for my family and I. She certainly exceeded my expectations. Jaehee Bridal was the first shop I visited in person and it ended up being my last after ordering my dress there! The environment is very bright and welcoming with a chic, antique look. My guests and I had a wonderful, relaxing experience during our appointment. Angela was my consultant, and she is fantastic! I have her to thank for the dress I finally said yes to - it was a strapless design that I never would have chosen on my own, but she knew exactly what to put me in that would complement my body and satisfy my picky taste. Hi All. I am posting this to warn any brides-to- be that might be thinking of purchasing their dress at Jae Hee Bridals in Englewood. It would be very wise to shop elsewhere. My sons fiancé ordered a designer gown from Israel in September 2021 for their October 22 wedding. The dress she tried on was a size 2, and JaHee was going to order a 4, as the dress was snug. Long story short, the dress came in, and the bride can barely squeeze into the dress. This dress had no label, and had several pulls on the illusion fabric. After contacting the designer in Israel ourselves, we came to find the store hadnt been an authorized seller since 2020. The designer asked that we send a copy of the order, since they had no record of a sale from the store. JaHee refused to show us the order, as she said it was internal and confidential. Basically, they took the order knowing they would have to find a back door way of getting the dress, and we ended up with a sample dress 2 sizes too small, 6 weeks before the wedding. She refunded us the money with her head hung low, but something tells me this is something shes done before. So, if you decide to get an expensive dress from them, try to confirm with the designer that they received the order, so you dont end up in a situation like this.
