My shopify account was hacked and now they want me to pay over $3000 as a refund for a transection that never happened. I can't access my page and was only told that my account was hacked even though never used a different computer or wifi other than my personal one. Their customer service is unreachable. Feels like I am dealing with some fraud scam company. They only send me vague emails from someone named Joe. I called all the numbers that they had no answer. I also emailed to different emails that they have and the help links that they give yet no answer. Trying to reach them for over 2 months. They keep charging my bank which I had to cancel so the charges that I never authorized don't happen again. Will not advise at this point to do any business with shopify. Problems are not resolved.
