I also see where you called to come back in for a second appointment to retry on your favorite dress! I apologize for the miscommunication regarding "sizing". This is an sensitive subject for all of our brides but we have to discuss to ensure the correct size dress is ordered. Bridal sizes run much smaller than street sizes, I am sure this is where the miscommunication came in. The service was awful. The girl helping us was very rude and did not listen to a word I said. At one point she asked me if I wore a size 12 when I actually wear a size 2. After I told her that she made the comment that it was because of my breast size she assumed that number. I was horrified. It was completely unprofessional.

My fiancee went here today to shop for her bridal gown for our wedding. Mye, her consultant, was 15 mins. late due to "car problems." Which is understandable. When her appointment started Mye asked my fiancee her budget and she told her and Mye quipped, "Our dresses start at least $2,000. Did you not see that on the website?" She also gave almost no direction or excitement to the occasion the entire time. This is important because this is a bridal shop. Women come here because they have fallen in love and want to find the perfect dress for their special day. Mye advised my fiancee that if she wanted a dress that she would have to make a decision this week since her wedding is in June which made my fiancee feel very nervous since she emphasized that it wouldn't matter what bridal shop that she visited she would have the same issue. Mye's service and curtness was so antithetical to what my fiancee had dreamed her dress shopping experience to be like, she ended up crying about it, and after seeing her crying Mye asked what she can do and apologized to my fiancee if she felt rushed but at this point it was too late because my fiancee was politely told that her next appointment had arrived, insinuating to my fiance that she needed to leave soon. Overall, everyone deserves a positive dress shopping experience, regardless of what their budget is.

I couldnt be happier with this place !! The positive vibes the all around feeling just walking in the door !! I literally was so upset just left my first appointment at David bridal an they made me feel like I shouldnt even be in a dress I come in nervous as ever an niya an Mye listen to me an literally picked out a few dresses from speaking to me I tried on the first an man it was so beautiful it was great but I didnt cry I put on a second one an let me tell ya ll I cried happy tears this was the dress I just felt it ! Well just to be sure I tried on one other dress all the dresses are amazing but I still was in love with the second one so I put it back on an rang the bell I said yes to the dress ! I couldnt have done it without either of them so I would recommend anyone getting married to get your dress here !! They went above an beyond an great prices as well !! I cant wait to send them pics of our wedding day ! Thanks girls Again for all yalls help I d travel around the world to do business with ya ll again ! Thanks Shanna

Im giving Luxe 2 stars because I dont know what the bridal experience is like inside the shop, because I never got to go inside. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and waited outside for about 10 minutes before calling. I was very kind on the phone and willing to wait for Niya to arrive, but she quickly shut me down saying that there was no 2:45 appointment in her books and that it would take her 20 minutes to get there which wouldnt work because it would run into the next brides appointment. I attached a photo of my confirmation that I did, in fact, have a 2:45. I understand scheduling, but your mistake, Niya, is not my problem. I feel as though the next bride could have been contacted, or my appointment could have been a few minutes short. I drove from out of the way and out of my day, and my appointment was dismissed, so I dont really have interest in rescheduling. Its unfortunate because the shop seems very cute and the dress designers it has are really great.
