Hi Eloy, We're sorry we overlooked the scratches, we followed up with you as soon as this review was left, the scratches were on your screen protector, not the iPad, which we couldn't tell if that was from your end or ours. Regardless, we then ordered a new screen protector for you free of charge and installed it on the device when you brought it back. Also, you came in for motherboard repair, fortunately enough we're one of the few places in Orlando capable of doing such repairs. We explained that this repair typically take 3-5 business days, your device was ready on the 5th day. We're sorry you had an unpleasant experience but we've made it right to the best of our abilities and stayed true to our word.

Took longer than quoted (not a big deal) but they returned my iPad with scratches and adhesive all over it. For a company that deals with expensive products youd expect theyd treat your products with care, sadly it doesnt seem like they do.
