If you are looking for vacuum repair go somewhere else. Owner's side business takes too much time from vacuum customers. Always have to wait too long. Brought vacuum in for repair and without doing diagnostic I was told it needs a new motor. I paid $150 and when I picked it up at was not fixed. Brought it back again and got the runaround in getting it fixed. I was originally told, when I brought it back, that I would not pay to have it fixed again. When I checked on the progress there was no record in my account and when they found my vacuum they wanted to charge me for the repair. Employees don't know what the other employees promised and vacuum was still NOT REPAIRED. So disappointed.
Ace vacuum might be my favorite vacuum store if I can get my carpet cleaning vac back! Apparently, my carpet vac is in some warehouse-like black hole because they have been trying for almost a year to find it. I even have the claim tag and tag number given to me last year but they still cant find it. However, because I did not reclaim my vacuum in April 2021-I brought it in in February 2021 and moved in March and April 2021-and, yes, 30 days over the 30 day mark for keeping vacuums, they dont seem to be able to find it. In January, the whole issue was turned over to an assistant manager, Kayla. She and I sat down over our computers and found a replica of mine online to help guide their search visually. And, I've sent 3 emails since to no avail. This, on top of almost a year of stopping in to pick it up from the next salesperson who is going to tell me it isnt there, is just plain rude and unbusiness-like! No one has called me back and my carpet vac seems to be lost in a warehouse somewhere. Mind you, I still have my claim ticket! I want my vac back!

Based on my initial interaction with a staff member at Leesburg Ace Vaccums, this is not the review I thought I would be writing. The man working the floor the day I brought my Dyson Handheld in for service was difficult, condescending, and ultimately dishonest. I dont often complain but I was so frustrated and angry about how I had been treated that I contacted the manager of the three local stores, Kevin. Kevin listened, apologized for how I was treated and quickly assured me he would take care of the situation. While this may not be entirely uncommon, the next step showed me just how seriously Ace Vacuums takes customer service. Kayla, the manager of the Leesburg store called me shortly after my call with Kevin to apologize for my experience, let me know that is not how she expects her employees to treat her customers, and then proceeded to replace my old vacuum (that could not be repaired) with a newer refurbished model. Kayla and Kevin completely turned things around and I would not hesitate to recommend Ace Vaccums.

Good Morning, This is Kayla from Ace Vacuums sorry about the inconvenience but I am only one person in our store right now we are short staffed. I was gone for 38 Minutes and yes it is a little bit longer then 20 Min (but I did put my cell number on the door and that's something I don't normally do but trying to give the best customer service I did what I could in a crunch so that I can keep my customers updated in case it was an emergency and keep them updated) I did everything I could to try to guess my time sometimes things aren't an exact time frame as we all know.
