Called in for a noon haircut, I explained i dont have much time I am on my lunch break and was told the shop was empty and seating was available. I got there and was ignored by the barbers then told I would be next, then other customers walked in and were seated for cuts so I got up and left. I tip well so its their loss.

Been a customer at Who'z Next for about 1.5 years. Always been an inconsistent barbershop with varying levels of quality regarding haircuts, and almost always mediocre to outright piss poor communication and time management. I waited about 1 hour and 47 minutes (yes, I counted) before the last two barbers finally remembered that I was still waiting nearly two hours before close. And they still gave no communication at all. And doing reservations? You might be waiting sometimes between 5 to 20 minutes while your barber is still finishing other customers. After this last experience, I'm just going to travel the extra distance and go to another barber permanently.
Clean environment and nice customer service. Go see Will, he gave me a tape up and did it exactly the way I wanted it. As a woman in a male environment, I felt comfortable.

When I called to make an appointment I was told walks in only, so I walked in to a completely empty shop. Red flag #1. Wasn't greeted for several minutes. #2. After being turned away, it was mentioned I should have called ahead to make an appointment. I DID DO THAT!! luckily the shop across the street was open and did an amazing job!
