We had a horrible experience purchasing a semi truck. The sales person would not respond to us and we had to continuously reach out for updates. The first truck we put a contract on had mechanical issues so we had to find another one. After we found the 2nd one they said it would take an additional 4 weeks and it actually took 6 weeks to get it. They should make any repairs to the trucks before actually listing it on their website and get better customer service sales people. I asked to speak to management but was never able to get in contact with anyone.
