I never even write reviews but after my experience it was mandatory! Called to inquire about a possible special request for a cake order. Wasn't even able to explain what it was I was asking for with out being cut off over and over trying to just take a regular cake order. The person on The phone (clause) was not even listening to what I was really actually asking and cut me off with we can not help you. All I needed was a non decorated cake. I wasn't asking them to bend over backwards if anything it would have been an easier cake order then the rest. And with 3 weeks notice. I'm not just writing this review because I couldn't get what I was looking for. But because clause wouldn't not even let me explain what I was looking for. Was just trying to take a regular cake order and get me off the phone. Not to mention the way he raised his voice after cutting me off trying to just take this order and go!

Very Dissappointed with their service! I cant believe it that this shop is here for over 40 years!And survived with this level of unfriendly services. Food and beverge may be great but they apparently hates sit in customers. Two stars were given for the food and coffee they serve . Will be my last time here!

A Laguna Hills institution. Excellent bakery. The cakes are the best. Brownies are excellent. The other baked items are hit or miss. Don't talk on your phone while ordering here, you will get in trouble with the owner, they have a sign! The strip mall recently got a facelift so it looks nicer.

Don't need to add much to what people have already mentioned. They do have a great brunch (Sunday only) at a great value. You won't leave hungry. You might not leave sober, either.

I Ordered a box of pastries from Klaus, but when I opened the box, it looked like the pastries were ran over by a cart!!! The pasty had a dirty tire mark on it! I can't believe Klaus ran over the pastries!
