Hi Danielle, We here at Suburban Plumbing Experts apologize for any confusion associated with the warranty on your water heater. There is a 6 year manufacturers warranty and we offer a 2 year warranty on our side. Since the 2 year warranty passed we would have to special order the part from the manufacturer and then our standard protocol is to charge labor to replace it. We do not always have certain parts in stock, and in your case we did not and couldnt service you immediately while your water heater was down. Again, we are sorry for any inconvenience this caused you.

We made the mistake to used them to replace our water heater years ago. We had an issues with it today. First they said our warranty started 6 months before they even installed it. They informed me that while the heater was under warranty they would still change us for installation and service call. Plus I would have to contact water heater company and wait a couple days for the part then paid them to install it.......no thank you! If I am going to have to paid someone then I will go with different company. One that is actually honest on what is covered when I had it installed. Thankfully I found an honest plumber who has the part and can fixed it today!

ask for a quote. after a visit i got one. a lot of promising were made, price agreed, then went up, then contract was made. after asking all verbal promises to be written down, we agreed on a contract. then while my contractor is doing demo if the basement.. email: prove not good enough. from that moment, not answering the phone , text only. left me hanging like that! totally not professional, thanks god i did not give any money down!

Had an old drum trap that was constantly getting clogged. The previous owner also attempted to fix the bathtub drain leak by using a mix of caulk and putty. Total amateur patch job. I was going to use a different plumber, but scheduling was tough with that company. After getting a quote from the other plumber, I could never seem to get him to come out and do the actual work. I had gotten a quote from Suburban previously to do some catch basin work the week beforehand (the other plumber does not do catch basins) so I figured I might as well try and see if Suburban could take the smaller job first. I was worried they may try to wrap in that catch basin work with this new drain project, but I could not have been more wrong. Suburban was incredibly easy to work with. I called over the weekend to get a quote, they sent someone out Tuesday, and could have completed the job by Wednesday had my schedule accommodated. The entire process was pain free. I will be using Suburban from now on. They are full-service, no nonsense, local, and fair. What else could you ask for?

Thank you for your review, Andy. Your wife called and specifically asked for our catch basin pumping services. Catch basin pumpings are a form of maintenance that is often required to remove the grease and liquids from your basin to help prevent deterioration of the basin itself. Other than potential overflow, it does not fix any plumbing and sewer issues that may have occurred within your home. Unfortunately, our pump truck is only able to suck out liquids and softer solids (grease and soap suds). Our truck is unable to suck out basketball-sized solids, toys, forks, and large branches out of a catch basin. In this case, the rest of the basin would need a manual cleaning. The technician would not have known that until he can visibly see it after the liquids were pumped out. Sorry you were disappointed about your pumping service. If you are in need of the remaining debris and solids to be manually removed from your basin, we would be happy to help.

Hired this company to clean out our sewer catch basin. They were unable to collect the grease (reason for hiring) and were eager to be on their way. It felt very much like an end of the day rush job and I was left extremely disappointed.
