I got nothing but good experienced with this company to be honest.....I emailed them and asked for a quote for a custom PC and they replied to me very fast...I had a price limit for the build so I went to newegg, added all the parts that I want and compared to the priced they gave me and it was pretty close....You have to remember that they have to make their profit as well but I know for sure they didn't overcharged me like other companies would have. The building process/shipping was very fast...They were constantly updating me about the build which I like.....It took about just a little over two weeks from the time I contacted them and the time when I got the PC...They even did a follow up email and asking how is the PC doing and how is it performing..I know for sure other companies don't even bother to do that so I appreciate them doing that..They delivered and went beyond for the build that I had in my mind....The cable management is pristine and they even set the right ram speed on the bios...I am so happy and satisfied with how the build turned out..I'd give them for than 5 star if I could.....I'd recommend this company to anybody that wants a prebuilt pc...They're not overcharging you, they take pride on their build, they're using good parts and their customer service is really good.
