Just to respond to the review you think is fair to leave. We was running late for your first appointment this we admit to and it is stated when you book that sometimes appointments may run in front or behind, but we will always keep you informed. Like you said we did let you know about this and when we did turn up you turned us away and was very rude to us when doing so. This we did get an apology for when we came back to do your oven again. Thanks for saying our oven clean was a good standard we do take pride in our work. Just on the carpet cleaning appointment we hold our hands up to us not turning up because we admitted that this was due to a very sad family situation of which we explained, and I don't feel the need to explain again here. I hope this reply gives an Insite to the situation. Thanks again

I tried to use this company TWICE and they let me down TWICE! Firstly I tried to arrange for my oven to be cleaned so booked the day off work and booked it in for 10:30am in the morning. I received a text to let me know they were running an hour late which was fine at the time as I pushed on other plans. 3 hours later still nobody turns up so I rang them to tell them to forget the whole thing as I couldn't wait around any longer for them. My wife then rearranged for it to be done with this same company without knowing it was the same company I used. The only reason this isn't a 1 star is because when they finally came around to clean the oven (2 hours late) the standard of the clean was good. At the same time as my wife booked the oven to be cleaned she also arranged for the carpet to be cleaned which was going to be a week later. Again, I book another day off work to clear the room to make sure that there was no problems for the 9:30am appointment we had. 9:30am rolls around and nobody had turned up. I gave an hours grace before I decided to ring them and ask their whereabouts to which I was met with "let me ring you back in 10 minutes". After this I then received a TEXT to say that had forgotten about me and asked if they could come the next day I told them I had booked time off work for these to come round to which they then said "give me half an hour/45 minutes and I will see if someone can come to you today". 2 hours later nothing. Didn't even get any acknowledgement from them after that just blatantly ignored us. Properly messed me about and not even an apology! I don't understand how you think business can be done like that? Unreliable is and understatement.

Sorry you felt this strongly to leave this review as you can see from other reviews this is not the usual standard of work. We did explain we were running late and you said this was fine. I did say I would come back and I still will, if you need me to but you did say you were going away and didn't know when you would be back... By the way let me know where you are going in lockdown I could do with a break myself ...............

Paid 140 turned up 1 hour late, oven was left with dirty run stains in both ovens and grill compartments. Storage compartment not even opened and left dirty. Phoned them up and he said he would come back, but never heard back from him...

Absolutely fantastic company. From start to finish it was 1st class. The booking online was simple and plenty of times available, even from early morning. The lady arrived and I thought it would be a difficult job as it was such a mess but within an hour it was spotless with absolutely no mess or lingering smells left. I will definitely be using again and have already recommended to family and friends. Thanks again!
