I was confident I picked the right company to do our website long before the website went live. James and Melissa showed incredible professionalism from the start. James and his staff have been incredible to work with. I met James at a fundraiser and we kind of hit it off professionally from there. I recently started a new business and James reached out to me to see if we could have a no pressure conversation about which direction I wanted to be headed. I knew that I was at a spot where I didn't know what I don't know but after 2 failed attempts at a website I also knew I needed more. James and his team were phenomenal. James took countless hours explaining to me what I needed (it took awhile for me to understand all the different facets of todays digital marketing platforms). He was incredibly patient with my questions but also met me where I am by explaining every service they provide in detail and how it could or couldn't benefit me.
