I've had good experiences with the salon up until this past weekend. I had made an appointment online(like I always do), got an email reminder the day before, only to show up and wait 15 min. for the stylist to never show up. It's been 6 days and no call or email returned, disappointing.

Not sure if they do decent haircuts or not. The few people inside didn't seem interested in talking. If you are looking for a walk in there is a barber shop across the street.

I love this place!!! Geah is the best hair stylist I've ever had! I feel confident giving her the freedom to do as she pleases with my hair and I am NEVER disappointed!! I recommend this to everyone, even if you aren't in the area! I drive from Bothell to see her, and I know a lot of people who drive from Chehalis, too!

My husband and I moved to Washington about 3 months ago. We're from out of state and I've been wanting to get my hair done for a long time. I had dark brown hair and I wanted to go blonde. So before I made any impulse decisions I did research and found this one to be the best rating. Made an appointment with Ashley and 100% LOVE everything about my new hair! She is truly amazing!! She listens to what you have to say and is totally up front and honest about everything!
