You asked us to get you approved, we did. You chose to get your own financing. We told you that you could pick up the car when your check got to us. You left 15 minutes after the check arrived. Most folks understand that they cant take a car until it is paid for. Our kickbackon a smaller loan like yours is typically $100. Not sure why you are so upset.

Owner saw my original review and decided to add lies as an answer. Don't purchase a vehicle from this dealership. Kenny is dishonest and untrust worthy. Particularly if you want your own financing. Even in his answer to my original post, he lied about my circumstances and how long they held me there just because he didn't like that I was walking away without the financing he gets kickbacks for.

I apologize for making you and your partner uncomfortable. I cant believe you bought anything from us based on your comments. My notes show you have super low payment well under $250. I can assure you that we had no idea that you ever felt this way. As far as financing goes, we use several lenders that offer all types of financing needs. If your rates and terms were not acceptable, you were certainly free to pursue your own financing elsewhere. We use major lender like BB&T, Ally, Community Bank, TVFCU, Comtrust, Trust, and Scenic City. Their rates and terms are based on the customers credit. We do not determine rates or terms. Also, feel free to refinance your loan somewhere else if you feel the terms were unacceptable. Thank you for your review.

I posted a positive review after getting my car, because I felt pressured to do so. The salesman made it seem like he was doing me some giant favor, when in all honesty he was a bully. Ricky made me feel bad for not being able to afford a newer car, said that I should just get a second job to pay for it, because it's only $500/month. When that made me have a panic attack, my partner was also visibly uncomfortable with his pushy nature and how he was talking down to me, he acted like he was going back to talk to the manager to help me... They ended up selling me a car that not only did I feel pressured to purchase, but that broke down for several hundred of dollars in repairs only a couple of weeks after I got it. And has had continued issues since... I would NEVER recommend someone going here. Not to mention the company that they go through for loans charges such astronomical fees and percentages. It's not worth your time, go elsewhere. I have never felt such sexism and degradation as a customer, you shouldn't have to either.

I spoke with them on the phone beforehand, when I showed up, Frank had the car pulled out front I had inquired about, we hopped in took a drive, we werent pressured to make a decision, in fact we spoke about our option! The sales manager came out to thank us for our business and Frank emailed me the next day to make sure everything was going great and we were happy! Great experience!

Mayaritza, I looked up your name in our system and I don't see that you bought a car here. I am a little confused at your review as well. No matter where you bought the car, if you financed it, the bank does charge interest based on your credit. Any dealership or bank will fully disclosed these figures before you purchase and you will have to sign saying you understand the terms. I hope that helps. Take aware the stolen to us the color sales man sale us a car for 18,500 and we ask if is the real amount he sed yes and ask 3 times because I feel something but my husband was happy he sed we only apply for that car and the bank Santander gave the loan and he gave us another paperwork to sign I saw and def )18,500 well we bought and was make us payment and after months we saw never down the amount on the bill we called to the bank and he sed we have to pay $40,00 and not 18,500 and if the salesma no let us know about it I sed no My life change because I gave my $3,000 i have for down payment and now I havent money for ver another car and we lost months of payments is really sad please be aware and dont sign if the sed give with Santander bank the loan because is 6 year payment ant they sed charge $4.75 by day an plus the interest form the car and each day you are delay on payment they charge more money then you never going finish make a payment with them
