I bought a pair of Laredo steel toe work boots from here July 2020. Within 6 months the insides of the boots upper pulled out with my foot. Tried repeatedly for weeks to contact someone to try getting assistance with the problem. Called, sent emails containing pictures, I got nowhere. Will absolutely avoid this company. I ended up having to go through Dan Post corporate office to get any type of assistance. They gave me a free replacement and that only took 3 days.

I have purchased boots from Chuck's for awhile now. Their selection is expansive and prices competitive. They also have quite a few American made boots which is a must. This last purchase the box contained one steel toed and one non steel toed boot. I didn't realize this until I'd worn them at work for 3 months and probably 800 hours. I took them back not knowing what to expect. They were extremely friendly, helped me find the exact same boots. They charged me nothing! I was shocked and happy! I will continue to be a loyal customer!
