Trabaje para esta compañía, desafortunadamente existe mucho racismo,especialmente en el área de empaque,fui testigo de como una de las managers Sara Lorenzo hostigaba a una supervisora latina Rosa Zapata,yo trabajé muy cercas con la supervisora Rosa pues ella fue quien me entreno y Vi todo el hostigamiento que Sara le hacía a ella,recursos humanos nos llamo para supuestamente hacer una investigación y aunque decíamos varios compañeros que si estaban hostigando a Rosa nunca tomaron acción y Sara siempre llegaba con una mala actitud solo con los latinos,a los americanos o de otra nacionalidad siempre los apoyaba y llegaba en las mañana y los saludaba,y muchas veces a nosotros los latinos le dábamos los buenos días y nos ignoraba, Despues de que la supervisora Rosa se mudará a otro departamento porque el hostigamiento laboral por Parte de Sara era cada vez peor,pues solo buscaba cualquier pretexto para darle warning o querer correrla, entonces Sara quiso hacerme lo mismo a mi, por lo cual tuve que salirme de el trabajo,pues recursos humanos me dijo que no podían cambiarme a otra área y que solo ahí con Sara era el única área donde yo calificaba, yo decidí renunciar. Si Rosa o alguna otra persona que está pasando una situación similar en esta compañía y deciden demandar yo no dudaré ningún segundo para ir como testigo ante cualquier corte. Por eso yo les doy un mal Review.

We took the factory tour but left disappointed. The tour last an hour, but expect half of that to be in a room watching a slide show. And since we went on a Sunday, all the machines were switched off, and so once again we watched a slideshow of how the machines would work. Also, there is no restroom if you leave the factory floor, so be prepared especially if you have kids.

For the price point, I found the tour worth it! The guide had great charisma and patience with the group. It was mixed ages and very appropriate. The guides name was Pierce. We were fed more chocolate than I thought would be served and I left feeling satisfied! You are also provided with a discount in the gift shop after the tour and there was a wide variety of things to choose from.
