An overall terrible experience from the moment I walked in the door. When I walked in, I spoke with a sale associate, let her know I was there for updated business cards and flyers, I asked her which desk I should sit at to discuss what I wanted, but I was informed that there is a $50.00 an hour charge to come behind the counter and sit and talk. To avoid being charged I needed to just stand at the counter and explain what I needed. Never mind that I had my infant son with me and had worked all day, that should had been a red flag to run right then and there. After receiving a my first proof 3 days later, it had none of the changes we discussed, an email and a phone call later, I had to explain to her that she had to add in white to break up the double circle I was looking for on my logo, so that as she put it, "it just looks like one big circle when i put the second ring around the circle" . 3 days later, no email, sales girl not in the office, next day same thing. I requested to have someone else help me, and while the second sales associate was clearly more knowledgeable and she actually allowed me to sit down free of charge, it seemed that the card created by the first sales person wasn't an easy fix.So I waited a few more days until I was sent another proof, this one was kinda better but still not close to my original card. The whole process took a month, the cards were never exactly how I needed them, all staff insisted that the was the best they were going to get. Finally the cards arrived, with a massive typo, I took my money back and ran, if you value your time, money and sanity, you should pick someone else. Owner wrote me an email after I refused the typo cards and said that clearly I couldn't be made happy. Amazingly enough, I found their competition was able to produce my cards in a week, exactly how I requested, they also allowed me to come in and sit down, at no additional charge. Run, run fast and run far....

We apologized for the delay repeatedly while you were in the shop and had your cards, 500 business cards, in 5 minutes. The day before would have taken 15 min because we already had a job in progress and I needed that time to finish it. Proofing process is 24-48 hours and we cannot control that you did not get the email I sent to you the same day you put the order in. I also created a CUSTOM LOGO free of charge for your business, a $129.00 value. But I guess my time is not as valuable as yours. We do our best to give fast service custom service for a very low price and hope you have a better experience online with a faceless company.

I was referred here, I was told they had a pretty fast service........I went in on a Monday, seemed pretty good....I was told I would get a proof within 24 hours, I waited 2 days... no proof in my email.. Drove back again, and I was told that sometimes they don't get received, oh, but I was just going to call you..... I was told to come back the next day... Second trip now, go in expecting to pick up cards..... Not ready, oh it will just take about 15 minutes, I said I have milk in the car I will come back tomorrow... 3rd trip now, Still not printed, Oh , it will only take " 5 " minutes, I said yesterday you told me 15 minutes! I said I have a lot of things to do, she said " as so do I", AS I am waiting with a throbbing finger as I had to go to the ER, and Just my prescriptions filled, and Still had to Wait! Jyust for the future Do Not give customers false expectations, and if you have a lot going on, make sure you give a more accurate time of when cards will be ready, if you need customers to pay first so cards will be ready, then let them know, as Our Time is Valuable as well........... So Finally it took 5 days to get 200 black and white printed cards... a very simple process, that I will go online in the future, and save money and time.....
