Went to get my Truck serviced and they wanted to charge me 1500.00 for a oil change.Unfortunately I felt the hatred !Was suppose receive the first oil change free.Took my truck and left!
My dad spend tons money here for service and repair. This time my dad spend 3.8k on maintenances and the engine light still on. Maybe its because its under the warranty so it will not be fixed correctly? Not satisfied with the result. Not a Range Rover fan anymore. The representative are very friendly!

I contacted 5 different dealers across NY, NJ, and CT. Nick (Sales Manager) & Erik of New Rochelle/Larchmont were the most responsive and worked the hardest of any in finding the exact Defender configuration I was looking for. Nick showed tremendous initiative in sourcing the vehicle based on my unique specifications from another dealer rather than pushing what he had on the lot. I brought my Range Rover sport in for a brake pad check up because a scratching sound was coming from the front right wheel. After getting it checked I find out my brake pads and rotors need replacement. The crazy thing is they only change the front brake pads and rotors and charge me $1924 which I believe is a rip off. Ive never seen anyone change front rotors and brake pads only and leave the rear ones. Upon realizing I called the service and asked why did you replace only the front and they told me instead of $1924 it wouldve cost me $3800 to replace the both front and back. Im not a mechanic but this is a total rip off Im never bringing back my truck there again total rip off I will advise anyone get other quotes before bringing your vehicle there its a total rip off Im still in shock $3800 just to change front and back brake pads and rotors
