It was one of the worst experiences i did have in life from the manger Paul is very very disappointing and wasted my time as it was really roud and miss gorgin customer I believe his one of people gorgin book form cover as it was really not profitional at all I will never recommend to any one to vist BMW dealer in lee hight Road.

The team were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Declan was especially helpful and took his time with us when finding a new car. He didn't apply pressure at any point and was extremely patient. I had a lot of questions and some concerns due to previous experiences from other dealerships and companies and he and Paul ( the manger) relieved them all. The car we bought (1 series, M sport 118 1.5 ) runs beautifully and is a great match for me and my family. It has a lot of perks. Thanks again guys! Bea

Honestly, I just had a shocking customer service experience with the store manager and one of the sale staff (Mr Ali). How they deal with me ,while I was with my mum is truly embarrassed moment. I hope nobody going through similar experience like mine.
