I regret buying my car from this place. Its been nothing but misunderstandings. I first was out of a newly purchased car for a total of about 2 weeks combined because it was smoking for minutes once I cranked it and my rack and pinion needed to be replaced. Kamal first attempted to put stop leak oil in my car without even informing me of who to bring it to so that they can take a look for me. I had warranty for 6 months and just the fact that it was smoking he blantly thought that would suffice. How insulting. After having to ask who accepts my warranty he informs me Westbank Lube off Lapalco would fix my car but they only fixed 1/2 my problem. They only fixed the rack and pinion. After having to call him now again about my car still smoking he was being very mean and unprofessional. Saying I did my part anything further thats what the warranty is for. Smart business owner to do that after you have someones money right. I then was told to bring it to Sals in Harahan for the smoking issue. It finally was fixed. When I went to pick up my plates I was told from Kamal ABC made a mistake on my registration and registered my car to the wrong address in Orleans which was the address on my license but NOT what I put down on the bill of sale. I now have to pay to get the address on my registration changed so that every year I wont have to pay Orleans $25 for a 1 year brake tag versus Jefferson which is the address I put so that my brake tags can be $20 for every 2 years. Kamal said he never told me that. I hate being lied to or having to pay for a mistake I didnt even do. I would sue if I had the time. Just save yourself from buying from here unless you dont mind being inconvenienced.
