They didnt get the line clean and tried to change me more than the quote. They wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee when I told them what was wrong. The lady told me that any service call fees would be waved if I used their service.

Triple Play is amazing!! They installed our brand new tankless water heater and did an amazing job! Blaine and his partner work efficiently and made sure everything worked correctly before leaving. If I could give them zero stars I would. I called this place last Friday to PUT ANTIFREEZE IN MY AC ITS BLOWING JUST AIR. Literally word for word. I got charged immediately 250$ I thought I could trust this company. Then they send someone out and they look at my ac. And thats it. They literally came out didnt give me services I asked for and took my money. BUT WAIT THERES MORE. They claimed I paid for a some membership which I never agreed to or signed any contracts. Thats why I paid 250$ not for services I need. They credited me back 90$ out of 250$ because they came out and said hi the same day. The managers or owners NEVER called me back. I called this place 3x requesting to speak to the manager. Never spoke to me once. NEVER AGAIN. What a scam. Thanks for taking my money for doing absolutely nothing.
