Ive ordered twice from here spending hundreds of pounds. Theyre nice boys but Im sure thats because they just want your money. I showed them my design and they said its not in a good enough resolution so they had to send it to a design team to sort out..which was apparently an issue and them going out of there way for me..Im paying hundreds here?? Once my boxes had arrived there were obvious mistakes made on there behalf..which was annoying so I emailed them, after finally convincing them it was there fault they sent replacements out. I had to email them about 10 times as the weeks were going by and there was no update on my boxes. Finally over a month I received my boxes. They had been reprinted in their cheapest cardboard..a different colour to what I asked and soooo thin compared to the high quality cardboard I payed for. With my boxes there is a small plastic window so you can see the product. Glue had been smudged onto the window of atleast 100 of my boxes which I couldnt use as it looked scruffy. Theyre nice boxes, pretty pricy for what you get, always make mistakes on every order Ive made. I will have to find somewhere else..
