They rotated the tires and did not tighten the lug nuts on one tire. The wheel fell off the car. I called and the guy kept saying ok, ok. No apology. Other than this I have had good experiences with them before.

I looked into the file and saw that the reason for your cruise control problem was most likely caused by the placement of your dashcam and IPASS near the cruise control. Wasn't satisfied. Bought my 2022 Civic to this dealership to have a cruise control problem looked at. Over the phone I was told I needed to pay $145 diagnostic fee, WHAT? Asked to speak to a manager and was told "I have just been informed that you don't have to pay the fee". Bought the car in and was told that they could not find anything wrong. Was told to remove my aftermarket electronics (dashcam and IPASS) as they are likely to blame for the issue. I was very disappointed as this problem has been happening to me since before my electronics were installed, and I have also heard that many others are having the same issue who don't even have any aftermarket electronics. To this day my brand new car still is not fixed. I guess I wouldn't want a vehicle that I can't install a dash cam or IPASS into because it cripples the electronics.

Leif and Blair are some of the best service advisors I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Always cheerful and polite. I have never felt they were suggesting work or services that did not need to be performed. I've had that unpleasant experience at other dealerships and really appreciate their honesty. The first new vehicle I ever purchased from Rock County Honda was from Burnie B. back in 2008. I have purchased four more since then and I have continued to have all of them maintained by Rock County Honda. I would rate the purchase and ownership experience working with them as excellent. I have also used their body shop and was very satisfied with the quality of work. I don't write many reviews, but they really deserve it. Best wishes for continued success.
