I apologize for this inconvenience. There are a variety of reasons we have sections closed off. In the early morning hours we only have one-two servers on. They may have been full in their inside sections and needed a few minutes to catch up on seating. We have closed sections until other servers come on the floor. The restaurant may seem empty in some areas, but one server unfortunately cannot be responsible for all the tables inside and outside. I apologize that this was your experience, and invite you back at another time.

The place was almost empty and when we asked to sit in a table they told us that we have to wait out side. The stuff was very rude we ended up leaving after waiting outside for more then 10 minutes. I would not recommend this place for anyone.
I apologize for this inconvenience and delay in seating. I am not sure exactly the time of day you can in but there are a few factors that impact how quickly we seat. Sometimes you will see empty tables as we have sections closed off while we are not fully staffed. Our servers and front of house staff come in at different times. We keep sections closed off or only seat very minimally out of another servers section. This allows us to still give great customer service. The kitchen may have been backed up with to go orders, large party orders or a variety of reasons as to why the manager felt he needed to hold off on seating. Our kitchen is very small and we would rather hold people out front for a 10 minutes wait, than seat them and have a 30 minute wait to receive your food. We choose to keep 6 tables in the place closed every shift. This allows us to provide great customer service and the kitchen to cook excellent food in a timely manner. Another factor could have been if other people on the waitlist were also waiting for that section. Again I apologize about your experience, but hope you do give us a try sometime again.

The host was very rude to us we wanted to sit out side but he told us we have to wait even when we could see empty tables eventually we left without sitting after 10 minutes of unnecessary wait
