After being with this office 5+ years I am fed up with this office and insurance company. They have made mistake after mistake this past 2 and 1/2 years. They made their last and final mistake and made changes on my policy without my consent and managed to double my policy. I have found an insurance company that with match my coverage and Im going to pay less, thanks to Gieco!

I was assisted by Grayson Scott on April 29th on an auto quote, tried to up sale me on adding homeowners insurance. He was very misleading on the bundle package quoting me a different price charged my debit card for more than what he explained. He said he was emailing me a payment Auth but instead of waiting formally for my consent he went ahead and charged my debit card without my authorization for an unauthorized amount. This is fraud. I immediately called and emailed him to tell him that I was not interested in homeowners insurance and to refund the difference. He assured me that I was only getting auto and will be refunded for the homeowners policy. It is now May 9th and have not been refunded for the homeowners policy and come to find out I have an active homeowners insurance policy. Grayson Scotts knowingly knew that I did not want homeowners insurance and deceitfully established the homeowners policy & set me up for automatic premium withdrawal without my knowledge or consent. Beware of who you do business with this agency will defraud their customers.

Been with Jaime Luna for 7 years. Never thought we would leave them but transferred agents due to 2 mishaps on their behalf. I decided to cut ties after that. It not only affected our car insurance but also our life insurance less then 4 months apart. Never had a late payment and yet I received past due notices on a CANCELLED life insurance policy. When I called in regards to these late notices I was just told to disregard them??? After the insurance had been cancelled for three months, then we got a high bill for over $190 due to their negligence. They made us owe back pay for a discount we were fully aware and told would come off the policy. Except after 2 months they told us they never took it off and we owed that discount back I was done. Avoid REGINA at all cost.
