So just starting off here was a bad experience. When I first put in a request for a quote, I was given a generic template that would have cost me 3 times what I had seen at other staffing places. I was loaded with all sorts of things that we we did not need, and if there was any effort to asking us a few questions we could have avoided this whole thing. I call after getting this price and asked for just a few people for a few hours and asked if we would get the linens, plates and what not and the lady I talked to said yes. Day of the wedding the first two get there and give me a call saying that they didn't have any linens or plates to set everything up with. I call and ask why its not there and was told I never order that. Trying to avoid getting to upset she said she could get some down there in time and she would bill be for them. I was like,"Ok I can deal with the bill later." I was billed for 3 times the number of maximum guests for just about everything. Just to give you an idea we had a Max of 50 guests and they sent over 140 plates. Total was an extra $800 for a mistake on their end. I would not recommend Austin elite and was warm anyone using them to make sure what is being billed and what the cost would be. If I would have known how much it would have been I would have went to another company and saved $500. Oh and to top it off, we suspect that the bartender took the left over bottles of liqueur we had left over. About $80 of booze just gone.
