Bike by their shop pre open. Sign said sidewalk call service. So I drove back later with bike in tow. Called and said I am out front and need a small bike repair. They said we are two weeks out for repairs and hung up. I should have called first! I went to another bike shop and they replaced the BB bearings same day.

This is everything that is good and bad about a local bike shop. Local people providing employment and services to the community. However, after being over-charged for several small service items, riding off on custom built rims with spokes not fully tensioned, and not being listened to more than once, I've crossed them off the list.
