Tyson, very sorry for the price discrepancy. We will gladly refund you for any error if given the opportunity to make it right.

Friendly enough, but probably won't be going back. List prices on the items apparently don't match the prices in the computer. Was charged an extra $14 for some reason. Definitely could have bought at a litter price else where.
Hello Dave, very sorry you left disappointed. We appreciate your 20 years of service as well as every veteran, including the veterans we employ. In the past, we used to do separate military, LE and Fire discounts from the full price of an item. This was challenging as staff had to remember to manually add it into a sale and it was never consistent. What our staff was referring to is a discount is now built into most items we sell and it was for your sale as well. The MSRP price for the Taclite Pro pants is $54.99 (Not a jacked up price but 5.11's published MSRP) and you received them as you stated for $49.99 which is MAP price. This is not a retail trick but a discount plain and simple no matter who it's for. We certainly appreciate your business as well as the hard-working people at McDonald's and hope you will consider coming back. Thank you, Richard.

Bought 2 pair of taclite pro pants for $49.99 each today, 7/30/18. While paying I asked for a military discount and was quickly told it was "built into the price" whatever that means. Come to find out $49.99 is regular price (5.11 website) and pants had a jacked up price tag of $54.99 to make it look like the selling price of $49.99 was a discount ... no discount, same price for a McDonald's employee, oldest trick in retail. I won't be back. Too close to Seattle to be military friendly I guess. Signed 20 year veteran.
Went into the store to buy some duty items. The staff is friendly and they are knowledgeable about the gear they are selling. Matt helped me today, and he provided exceptional service. The prices for the items are competitive. I highly recommend this store to anyone.
