They went above and beyond! I wanted to have curtains for my loft photography studio with high ceilings, which normally is something problematic to deal with. I had a really wonderful experience with Shadow Blinds, Leo was super quick to come and measure the windows for the blinds, then also quick to install. The rates were very reasonable and is lower than the other competitors that I sent a quote for. I hired Shadows to install automatic shades in my studio condo. I was very pleased with the experience. Leo is very professional, courteous and friendly. He and his business partner both came to the estimate and gave me a lot of options and information for my quote and paid great attention to detail in regards to the logistics of my particular project. Leo was also present to assist and supervise installation of my shades and I was very pleased with the level of attention and detail that was given to me and my project. Couldn't be happier with Shadows Design! Matt and Leo went above and beyond and the whole process was much faster and easier than I had anticipated. I was worried that an installation would take away from my new home as it's a historic building with a French Normandy exterior and everything was restored. However, I literally couldn't be happier with the result! After requesting a consult via Yelp, Matt and Leo reached out and they were at my place with books of fabric options a few days later as they took measurements. I had a proposal quote at the end of that same day and the custom blinds were ready and installed a few weeks later. Matt and Leo took the time to listen to what I wanted and ran me through the pros and cons of each option. I ended up getting the fabric wrapped cornices for the outside mounts and the Verilux motor system and the results exceeded my expectations. Additionally I got the blackout option for the bedroom and it works a treat. I highly recommend Shadows to anyone and everyone! Thank you Matt and Leo!
