We have no idea who posted this review. We don't have a "Jeremiah Bourne" in our system. We also don't "offer" to put together computer parts with out seeing the parts in person. It's our policy to not give quotes over the phone. We also don't charge "$230 Just to put" computer parts together.

They were willing to offer me $230 just to put my components together. A red flag to me. Underhanded business practice trying to rip me off(possibly other people who wouldn't know better). GG I ended up putting it together myself. Would not be recommending to anyone! Edit: Why would they have my real name in their "files" if I never did business with them? They called me over the phone(I remember because they called me while in the middle of a movie at the theater) after inquiring about them assembling my PC parts while I worked. Whoever called me also told me, "Does $230 sound good?" Laughable. I did show up two times before the call from them. One to show them the parts in cart and then a second time after the parts arrived.

Noemi, we're truly sorry youre not happy with our services. To recap, you brought in your MacBook on January 17th, 2022, because it wasn't turning on. After our diagnostic and informing you of what we found, and got your approval, we ordered an new OEM genuine A1708 battery for MacBook Pro 13" A1713 Late 2016 Mid 2017 and a genuine 61W USB-C Power Adapter for MacBook Pro 13 15 16" 2020 2019 2018. The parts came in January 21st and 24th. On January 24th, the old battery was removed, and the new genuine battery was installed. We tested your MacBook with the new charger and notified you it was ready January 24th. The same day, you picked up. A day later, you informed us that the touchpad didn't "click the same". We spent many hours trying to determine what exactly this "click the same" meant. Out of courtesy, we ordered a new original 2016 2017 Macbook Pro 13 A1708 Trackpad w/ Flex Cable Gray and another battery for MacBook Pro 13" A1708 (2016/2017 Year) MLL42CH/A. We completed this second repair, completely free of charge. Afterwards, on March 15th, you informed us the MacBook is taking all day to charge. Again, out of courtesy, we ordered you a 96W in exchange for the 61W charger, free of charge. We didn't hear anything back since then. We emailed you twice to follow up with you and didn't hear back from you. We made attempts at our own expense in costly apple parts and many hours of free labor to make you happy. Only to receive a very negative review at our own expense. We only use genuine Apple parts, and we did not modify your laptop in any way.

I took my MacBook laptop for a battery replacement , and after back and forth of them trying to persuade me that it was only the charger which was not true they "replaced" the battery which messed up the track pad. Because they used a third party battery it still doesn't work, Best Buy refused to touch it now , and Apple refuses to fix it too because it had a third party battery not an original Apple which I assumed I was paying, they explained that modifications were done so now I'm going to have to buy a whole new laptop. I am more then livid to have wasted two months with them in the shop. Spare your time and take it to Apple or Best Buy. (Edit after company reply) although the company did follow up to make sure everything was right why would I trust them after messing up over and over and never fixing the problem. The modifications were told to me by Apple themselves that were made during the battery replacement. I did not reach back out because messing up over and over you give up trusting them; first they messed up my trackpad, then ordering the wrong charger volt, etc. The back and forth was unnecessary.
