The dog used to live going to Dale's but not anymore. You can tell by the hair cut as well. The two times were not his but the last one was the last straw for the puppy. Not sure why and she loves everyone. Won't go back for now.

Love the store and store staff. Used the grooming services for about 10 months (hoping to get my dog established there). Grooming skills were top notch. However, if you have a pup that's a bit shy and timid they're not going to get the reassuring handling they need here. It's strictly business. No soothing or reassuring words to your pup. Maybe they just aren't a fan of small dogs and prefer bigger ones. At any rate, I'll be moving on and hopefully find another groomer a bit more patient with my little nervous rescue pup.

I have been frequenting this store since 2004, but the last few years I have watched it slowly deteriorate - thin layer of dust coating everything for sale, general clutter, disorganization, handwritten signs, etc. The other feed store is definitely giving these folks a run for their money... time to step up guys.
