It is stated clearly in our warranty policy that we cannot cover labor under any circumstance. We asked for any documentation received by Mr. Smith regarding conversations that were had, but never received anything from him. According to our documentation in the customer's account, he was informed that we would not reimburse any labor. Any decisions made past that point were solely the customers. We have been in contact with our customer and have resolved the situation with him.

DO NOT USE REV 6!!!!! We are a dealership and had a customer brought a RZR to have us put a new engine in it for him. Polaris OEM replacement was of course on a long back order. Customer found this company Rev 6 to get a replacement motor from. We received the First Motor and installed it and it was the wrong Motor. Could not tell until we got it installed and tried to install the clutch wrong shaft size. Rev 6 said in an email that they would pay the labor to have it taken out shipped back and send us the correct engine. We received the second engine, and it had the shaft broken inside the engine. Sent that back. Received the third engine installed it and everything seemed fine, Customer drove the RZR 3 hours, and it started knocking. Again, customer came back. At this time the customer was on the phone with a guy named Matt. Matt told us to pull that engine and they would send another one. I explained to Matt that someone needed to pay the labor, he assured me that we would get paid. I did not feel it was the customers fault. We sent the engine back they sent a new one. We installed it in the RZR and it was leaking oil. At this point we informed the customer that we were not going to pull that engine until Rev 6 paid us. Matt again told us he would get us paid. They were supposed to send us the gasket to replace to fix the oil leak. Now they called the customer a couple days later and told the customer to take it to another dealership so they wouldnt have to pay us. This is a shady company and I advise to stay away. All we tried to do was take care of our customer and all they did was use us for labor and not pay us. I have been in contact with Samantha over the last couple month to get this resolved and they refuse to do the right thing.

We bought a polaris razor 1000 engine with the 2 year warranty and after 400 miles lost the engine and come to find our rod bolt came loose and went through the case. After many phone calls and many weeks of waiting the second engine showed up cost us over a 1000 dollars to have reinstalled and now not even a year later we lost a second engine. We have maybe a 1000 miles on the new engine. What a waste of time and money lots and lots of money if it wasn't for the warranty and the money I have already given these people to keep sending me junk engines I would go somewhere else. If anyone is thinking about buying from them I would rethink this purchase. They have absolutely NO quality control and don't care to make any attempt to have quality control. So now here we sit waiting for another engine and over the last 2 years have had more down time than ride time....WHAT JUNK!!!!! You're right you can't find me in the system because the machine was worked on at Envy Offroad the first 2 engines and I can't keep spending 1200 dollars plus everytime my engine blows up so I'm doing the work myself instead of taking up valuable space in his shop and saving myself money.

We see that you purchased your engine on August 5, 2020 then warrantied it in January 2021. We then see that you requested a refund for that engine on August 25, 2021 after your warranty had expired. We have one of the best one year warranties on the market and unfortunately with your case, this refund could not be issued out of warranty. We were happy to purchase the engine back from you and issued that check about a week ago. But we are happy to discuss further any way we can provide a better experience for you in the future! The parts they sell work if you install them yourself but I've seen 3 "refurbished" motors break in catastrophic ways all coming from REV6. When you try to get reimbursed, they refuse to give you an answer and hide from the calls.
