Terrible customer service and communication. I reached out to Brandi for more in-depth information on here branding services for I was interested in moving forward to the next step. Brandi called me and left a voice mail as well as an email. I returned her call and her secretary answered, she stated she would leave a message for Brandi and she will be in contact with me. Days went by and no call back. I emailed her as well and no responses. I called back a week and a half later and the secretary said word for word I remember you, we spoke a week ago didnt we?. If thats the case then why havent I received a follow up regarding business? She said shed leave a message for Brandi and Ill get a call back...It has been a month and still no Call back. I have since taken my business elsewhere. For future notice Brandi, make it your priority to keep in contact with your customers because youve lost my business.

Highly recommend, very professional. We worked with id8 to design our new company logo. The team at id8 came and met with us at our office to get a feel for our company and to find out what we were looking for. They didn't try to push any ideas on us, but listened to our wants and needs. They drew up several concepts with completely different looks, colors, wording and designs and had us choose the ones we liked best and then narrowed it down from there. They were quick to respond with changes we wanted to see until we came up with our final logo. We've stayed in touch with them, and when we need design tweaks or social media logos, banners, etc., they've helped us out. Great group of people at id8.
