Poor form from a TJs minibus driver today on Dewsbury Rd just after the M621 slip road - nearly collided with a cyclist. Edit: called the number below yesterday to further discuss this and was told that Id receive a call back as the person in charge was not available at that time. Still yet to receive a call back.

AMAZING! Went on holiday to Blackpool, bus turned up on time. The driver was really kind helping with bags, even dressed very smart. The bus was very clean and looked great. The driver was very friendly chatting to us all. A very good travel company definitely travelling with them again.

Hi Joyce, Im sorry youve only rated us a 3 star after having an excellent day out. As advised to you on Saturday morning, we had issues on the phones with BT on Friday whereby we couldnt make in/out calls. In terms of the face coverings, we advise on the booking, on the texts sent out, by the driver and of course its on the news daily so Im happy we have done all we can to inform passengers. Unfortunately there will always be a small minority who dont follow the rules. Hope to see you again on another fantastic TJa Travel trip

Lovely clean coach and excellent journeys to and from Liverpool and brilliant value for money. Should have received our pick up details 48 hrs before our journey but didn't receive them till an hour before. Although most passengers wore face coverings there were several without which did cause concern as it was a close environment. I think passengers should have been reminded throughout the journeys that they should have them on.
