Eight months after Texas has gone remote in the pandemic, it seems that Galloway still hasn't figured out how to coordinate virtual feedback sessions. I was asked three times for availability for a "tech check" in advance of the research study date, and three times the person doing the "tech check" didn't show up or call or follow up. I even received a reminder email from Galloway saying that I "still haven't completed a tech check." What else can I do but be available at the mutually agreed upon time? My next step is to pull out of the study as I've already wasted so much time coordinating and being available for something that doesn't materialize. I hope this public feedback helps them improve their efforts.
