Anyone who reads this review will think I am Seth, Cole and Cody's mom. I have been in business for 25 years and have never done business with a company like SERA. My daughter, a business major was doing a summer internship with my company two years ago so I thought I would take her to a local seminar just for the experience of it. I went there with no intentions of renewing my unused, ten year old website. Those thoughts took a 180 degree turn by the time the seminar and personal conversation after the seminar was over. In the most humble manner possible, these three young professionals gave me a glimpse of how quick and easy it would be to completely revamp my website into a fun and very useful tool for my business. What they accomplished was far more than what they promised that day. At my first meeting Seth, the owner, helped me lay out everything I dreamed of if I were to create a new website. By the end of the meeting he gave me a ballpark price and I committed to the project. Within a few short days, after going over all of the requests from our meeting, his professional quote came in at 30% less than he originally quoted. When does that ever happen? Seth and his employees are honest, truthful, intelligent, talented, kind and very passionate about their work. As time went on while working on the project I realized more and more how their drive to make every requests happen would cause them to work diligently until my desired result was created. They admitted to some sleepless nights as their brains wouldn't rest until they conquered the challenge. Any additional charges were always agreed upon before starting the work and they never went a penny over after the work was completed. I now have many customers placing their orders online. The new website has been the perfect sales tool that has helped me grow my business and keep my current customers very satisfied. Every customer of mine, old and new has said they absolutely love the website and that it is so easy to use. Seth and his team created a Quick Reorder Guide that I can personalize for each customer to make re-ordering so simple and fast. The new website has given me more confidence in presenting my business to new clients in this age of digital marketing and online purchasing. "Out" with the outdated paper price lists and "in" with browsing our product lines and ordering online 24/7. Finally, Seth and his staff are so kind. They treated me and my staff with great respect and patience. They encouraged us and still do to reach out to them with any questions any time. They have offered a tremendous amount of continued support even since the project has been completed over a year ago. Thank you SERA for everything you did for Onesource and for creating a website for us that was beyond our imagination. SERA should be on the cover of every business magazine.

I absolutely loved working with SERA Solutions on a promo video for an event I was hosting. Due to Covid, the event had to be cancelled, but SERA was wonderful and pivoted the video to go with the virtual event I hosted in its place. The entire video concept had to be changed, and they went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect and I was happy with it. They were extremely easy to work with, responsive, and worked efficiently to get the new video completed in time. I would definitely recommend them and am looking forward to working with them in the future!
