I placed an order on the 25th for 2-6 day shipping and as of today I have not received my order I have sent emails and I have called. I previously had used them many times as well as my wife. Now I placed an order last week, paid for faster shipping and no delivery. Shows processing. I emailed and called many times and left messages (never get a person) and yet no response or change in my order from processing to shipped. Now I am way behind on an order and need to get a refund so I can place order elsewhere.

I placed order for my mom on 7/27 and she paid for 2-day shipping on order no. 600220895, she has not received package and I cannot get any response from emails that I sent 7/29 and 7/30 asking for info... but her credit card was charged. I'll let you know if I can get any response since there is no phone contact to actually talk to a person and get service.
