In January Guardian charged my credit card for a year of doorbell camera clips. As of last week Im no longer getting what I paid for. Ive called customer service daily for the past five days. Three people have promised to straighten things out and call me back. Nothing yet. They certainly didnt take this much time to charge my credit card.

I've had nothing but bad experiences with Guardian, I would not recommend them. Just shortly after our 1 year, our thermostat stopped working. They did not call back within the hour they said they would and now they want to charge me to send someone to my home.

purchased service in new home build. Salesmen said that there was a 3 year commitment in order to pay off the equipment. So we went with them. He lied and was misleading because after our 3 year we decided to move to a new house and we contacted customer service said the there was contract 5 years and we would owe $700 if we canceled. meanwhile its $800 if we install equipment in the new home. We didn't mind staying with them but I'm not the only resident that was fooled. Transparency is everything and they lacked that...
