The people working at the shop were nice and friendly however, they displayed some serious communication issues not only with myself and my fiance but also amongst themselves. After explaining what we needed printed, we received an email essentially asking us for all of the information on what we wanted several days after going to the shop. The proof that was sent to us had a misspelling and after assuring us it was fixed, the prints all still had the misspelling. Finally to make things worse, when picking up the corrected prints, they gave me 30 less than what I paid for. The only saving grace is that they look pretty good.
Hi Sharon, I'm sorry that we gave you a bad impression with your third shipment. You did say you loved your sample and first order of prints, which we enjoy hearing so much! I realize the last order you had was damaged in the mail and we offered to reprint them for free even though it was obviously not us who damaged them. After the post office delivered incorrectly twice, I drove the order to deliver the prints personally. I did notice that the package could have been potentially damaged and I waited at your door because I wanted to review the prints with you. Although someone was home, no one came to the door and by the time I got back to my desk to message you about it you had already messaged us and made up your mind that there was nothing we could do to rectify the situation. If you ever change your mind, we'd be happy to work with you again!

My experience with flower city printmakers was simply awful. My prints were mailed to me damaged due to extremely poor packaging after waiting 3 weeks to get them in the mail because they addressed them incorrectly twice. The representative from flower city was never that helpful and didn't seem to have much gratitude for my business, and the prints weren't that great either. I wouldn't recommend them nor will I do business with them again.

Absolutely perfect. What I needed printed, the original one was too big for the printer so one of the guys there took a high resolution photo, uploaded it to the computer then printed and laminated it. Thats what I like in a business, when they dont just say oh yeah we cant do it and actually get creative with how to satisfy the customer. They went above and beyond for a gift for friends and I couldnt be happier. Fair price, great work, will return.
