Had a treatment done on my home. No improvement at all! The man who showed up seemed either high or hung over--so maybe I shouldn't be surprised. I was treated very poorly by every receptionist I talked to. They talked over me, never called me back, and also lied in their notes on their computer. They don't take any responsibility for the lack of results. Unprofessional company. They don't care if you're not satisfied with their service, so buyer beware!

I called them and asked some questions about my bees nest and treatment for one and was treated super poorly. I felt that I was calling them for help and she acted as if I was inconveniencing her. You're there to help others, with their pest needs....you should be able to speak to people in a helpful manner. Not condescend and laugh at someone. I would never recommend this company nor will I ever be calling them again. it takes a lot to offend me, and this phone call really did just that. Unhelpful. And Rude.

I worked there and was reprimanded for being too nice on the phone. Keep that in mind reading these reviews. Toxic culture. As far as pest control technicians go, service depends on who you get. Most are great.
