I had to take my truck to Goodyear the next day because it was still having issues. Turns out Mike did the repair incorrectly and charged me twice as much for the part as Goodyear would have... lesson learned, I will go directly to a legitimate mechanic next time.

Mike is close to me, so that's super convenient. I have called upon him three times but booked his services twice. Anytime I call or text, he always responds immediately. I must say I am very satisfied with his service. He is very skilled and his pricing is competitive. He just fixed the axle on my wife's Rogue (cv joint was torn and leaking grease). Car is running like new. This is a great service which I would recommend to anyone!

My Alfa Romeo Giulia was dead in the driveway. Before I did anything I wanted the battery tested. The dealer wanted it towed to them. Parts stores were no help. I contacted Mike and he was here later that day to test the battery. He ordered a new battery and installed it the next day. Its a complicated car and he came prepared with the knowledge and equipment for the job. Good price. Couldnt be happier.

Im glad you provided the photo, as you can clearly see this vehicle has a major rust issue. I did make two (2) repairs to the vehicle, both were needed. The rear wheel bearings, that were pitted, and while doing that repair I noticed a rear brake caliper was seized, after I got the customer ok I repaired that too. The third complaint I went to her home for no charge and saw the front driveshaft had excessive play in it, she went elsewhere and had that replaced, and called to thank me as the other mechanic told her that was about to fall off. As far as money back that was never mentioned to me before reading this review. Lastly this customer infected me with Covid19 just before Easter after dodging it for a year.

Mike misdiagnosed my car multiple times and the humming sound coming from the back was not resolved. At that point I spent over a thousand dollars to fix it. I ended up taking it to another mechanic who found the problem and needed to replace the whole rear, which cost me over 2k for the replacement alone. I wouldnt have been so upset if Mike offered me some kind of refund for the miss, after I explained what it was. Unfortunate experience :/
