Gigliotti was fantastic - I would recommend them to anyone. I was rear-ended recently and had pretty significant damage to my vehicle - smashed light, scratches and gouges on the bumper and side panel, dents, cracks, the whole bit. I also went through the other driver's insurance, and was concerned about how much of a fight they would put up with fixing my car. The car is fairly new and looked great before - was the insurance company going to cheap out and mandate low-quality parts? And either way, what if I could not find a shop that does quality work and it doesn't end up looking right? It turns out there was nothing to fear, because the guys at Gigliotti nailed it. They handled the insurance company, did a fantastic job on the repair, and did it all as quickly as possible. You can tell these guys pay attention to their customers - they have a sort of old-school customer service-oriented approach, and were all gentlemen. I am just so pleasantly surprised that the process went as smoothly as it did, and that my car came out of the shop looking like the accident never happened. Definitely reach out to these gentlemen if you ever need body work, paint work, or anything like that done. They did quality work, were very helpful and responsive, and are just a great group. Awesome shop. Took care of some light scratches on the spot with perfect results. I will definitely come back here for any auto body work if ever needed. (Had a nice chat about cars with the guys as well.)
