Based on my experience, I'm genuinely surprised (and suspicious) of the positive reviews. I went there with an item for printing that was too large for them to print. The gentleman who helped me was very kind but then charged me 50cents for a copy that he tried to replicate but had the image cut off on either side. I indicated that I would need the full image, but he still charged me 50 cents even though he wasn't able to do the job and said as much. I didn't make a big deal - from the looks of the place I guess they really needed that 50 cents. I ended up getting the item scanned and wanted to give this place another shot so I called them this morning and asked if i was able to send a digital file to have 3 copies printed. The woman on the phone said "yes but it won't be ready for four days". I said it would take that long for 3 copies on regular paper? Her response: "yes I have a long line of large jobs, and I just can't put yours in the middle of it.... everyone needs stuff." Thanks to that lady for that enlightening exchange. If you find yourself in need of "stuff" save yourself the trouble and stay away from this place. I called kinkos emailed them the file they called me back in 10min to tell me it was ready.
