Im sorry to hear that you was not happy with our service. First of all you came into the store saying you did not drop the phone and after 10 minutes you decided to admit that you did drop the phone and it broke. Yes we did for a genuine Samsung screen as instructed but screens are not drop proof if you drop it they do break. Im sorry that you are not happy with our service but we try our best and been in business for 19 years. You dropping the phone and breaking the screen does not make the screen copy. We try our best to give you the best service and in a situation like this its it our fault.

I went to get a screen replacement on my iPhone SE 1st generation. They fixed the screen and the screen they put on was terrible! It was detecting random inputs towards the bottom of the screen and it is impossible to type on the keyboard because it is just doing spaces. I Cant even swipe the home screen because it is just swiping back! Would not recommend to anyone.
