This remains on the door, long after the sale is completed
Amanda Beale was the listing agent who did not do any checking. There was no walk thru she did not show up at settlement and did not havethe seller do proper work. Now I have 5k worth of work to do. The walls and dry wall are soaked and basement flooded.
This brokerage only hires experienced Realtors whereas the other brokerages will hire anyone who gets their license, so you never have to worry about inexperience here!
I am unsatisfied with my experience looking to rent a property in Perry Hall, MD, through this company. I sent an email to receive an inadequate response of uncertainty of showing me the home. The realtor continuously stated I need good credit and must pass the background check. I was thinking- please stop! I am excellent in both areas. I have been with my job for over five years, never been to jail; my credit is beautiful, I own my own business and investments. However, I was wondering, was the response from Gary Addington due to my age or race or who knows (my website is on my email) so, this allowed him to research me or have biases towards whom I am before meeting me. To fast forward, I had to continuously email him or call to try and set up an appointment. This should have been a sign to me, but I still had hope. After a few weeks went by, I decided to call the office and to speak to someone else there. I finally received an appointment. I thought the viewing was okay, but he touched on the credit, number of children, and background again- VEXATIOUS. Long story short, I filled out the application the same day, to receive no email or call back. I emailed him the a few days later, and he answered nonchalantly I would check into it. The next day at 10:30 PM, I received an email regarding me having fraud alert and a balance on ONE of my credit cards versus the collected amount on the five that has a zero balance. Let me repeat, and ONLY ONE has a balance on there. I explained why for business reasons. After that email, I knew that was a reason to use to turn me away. OUT OF 99 useful things you pick one minor thing and then NEVER acknowledge what the results or decision was. As a result of no reply, I emailed for fun and to prove to a coworker that it is not me; maybe it is, and perhaps I am taking this wrong. The reply email confirmed that he has put up a strangely pococurante front throughout this whole ordeal and from the beginning, I should have known this would have been the conclusion. I am glad my lease from me being there over two years with EXCELLENT rental history is month to month and I was only looking to move close to my job and son's school.
