I had the misfortune of having Shay assigned to me as my real estate agent. She is lazy, incompetent, and does not seem to care whatsoever. It just baffles me how they could have somebody that dumb working for them. If you have to do business with them and get assigned Shay as your real estate agent, contact the office and have her replaced IMMEDIATELY!!!! That's what I had to do. Trust me, You will thank me later on.

I do not recommend them. Get things in writing that they say. They will change their story after. I guess they have so many people on their team and are so busy that they forget what they agreed to. They are not available when needed and have to leave VM's and wait for a return call. I tried to get in to get in touch with someone for 6 days and no response to any of my texts. Too many people involved in the sale that it's confusing and things get lost. Thank you for your response. You asked for an email but did not supply an email address. I was offered 50k for my 2nd story "fixer upper" condo. I've known Brittany for years and decided to ask her if 50k was fair. "Noooooooo," said Brittany, "certainly not." Brittany was the listing agent and before I knew it she had four potential buyers lined up willing to pay much more than 50,000.00. Not only did she find buyers but as the sale progressed she also dealt with the condo association which was no picnic, problems with the roof and leaks in the plumbing. Neverrrr using this company again specially with Nicole. Sometime in June my husband and I decided to sell our home which needed minor work. We wanted to put 5k of work into it, our agent nicole said no need sell as is. So we listened. Our house in this market and the neighboring houses for sale (that look worse and smaller than ours) were selling for a MUCH higher price. She then said we werent getting buyers because the house needed work. which she said no to when we said we wanted to fix it in the first place. She super lowballed the worth price of our home and due to the time frame we had to settle for a way lower price than our house is worth. Nicole never listened to us or advocated for us. She is rude and would constantly talk over you.
