My hairstylist was not very good at all. I asked her for a blunt bob, and showed her a photo, but she gave me a bunch of layers and gave me this weird bowl-cut, and cut it much shorter than I asked for. It didn't look anything like the photo I showed her. I'm going somewhere else to get my hair fixed. She also kept burning me with the hairdryer. Not the worst haircut I've ever had, but it was pretty bad.

I read online this is the best of ATL haircut salon, so I got a haircut here before my trip out of town. It turned out just okay. I specifically said I would like my hair layered all over, take at least couple inches off and keep long bangs. My hair is still longer than I wanted it to be, the bangs are so short, I have to use couple clips to twist and roll to the top of my head. On top of it... this salon DOES NOT take credit cards. So if u did not bring cash, u have to figure it out.

I just went there yesterday for a cut as I wasn't satisfied with my hairdresser before. Neka was absolutely amazing. Great personality, great cut, great price. Will definitely come back.
Unfortunately we were unable to make you and your mom happy today with the service we provided. You booked a 3:30 appointment for you and your mom that you arrive to at 3:45 you were Seated immediately given a consultation and shampooed and condition. Once your Service had started you receive a phone call got out of the chair went outside to hold a 15 minute conversation while your stylist patiently waited. Once you returned your service continue. Your mother arrived for her 3:30 appointment at 4:10 and was told that her stylist Kely has a 4:30 appointment and giving the option to either reschedule or do the haircut without the shampoo and conditioning service. She didnt want to reschedule so Kely promptly took her back and started her consultation. Once a length and style was determined she proceeded to cut her hair. After her service you brought it to my attention that she was unhappy with her haircut. She was offered another stylist to cut it to her liking which you stated that you would prefer a refund which was given to you. After you left the salon you called and proceeded to say very rude and degrading things about Kelys gender that I would rather not repeat and demanding that I fire her. My team went out of their way to accommodate you and your mom even though it seems you had no respect for them or their time. I stand by my team they are among the best in Midtown especially when given the opportunity to work with reasonable clients.

I hate this place. This woman named kelly was not just rude but didn't listen to anything I said and just went ahead and cut my hair. It was horrific. I hate this place and the people. Please save some money and energy and not go here. They are vicious.
